Dear Ranch Estates Neighbors,
We are requesting your email addresses. Please forward your preferred email address to the RERFA email address: RanchEstates.info@gmail.com or text us at (719) 299-1038. *Make sure to include your name and address.
In efforts to keep the administrative costs low, we set up an electronic payment option which will allow you to pay via debit card, credit card or electronic funds transfer (ACH). In order for you to take advantage of the online payment system, we need your email address. For the time being, we sent out paper invoices for folks that did not have an email address on file. If you prefer to pay online, please send your email address as soon as you are able. Once that is complete, you will receive another email with the payment link.

2024 Dues $250/year
RERFA dues for fiscal year September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024
Dues may be prorated according to the month that you move into Ranch Estates.
Each owner, whether they have paid dues in the past or not, is obligated as an “equal and fair stakeholder” in Ranch Estates to pay equitable dues. Dues determined by a vote of all RERFA members on November 12, 2022 are assessed as follows:
The rate due is determined by the ownership of a residence or vacant lot (determined by Teller County assessor) on a Ranch Estates.

- Owners of one residence, owe $250/year.
- Owners of only vacant lots, with no dwelling, owe $75/year.
- Owners of one residence and one or more vacant lots, owe $250/year.
- Owners of two or more residences, owe $250 per residence.
RERFA membership pays for:
Road Maintenance Including but not limited to:
- Grading the Roads
- Plowing the roads
- Culverts/trenches as required

Welcome to the neighborhood!
We are not your typical homeowner's association. Ranch Estates Road and Fire Association is a group of volunteers that only focus on roads and fire mitigation education. The group of volunteers help maintain the roads and help provide resources and education about fire mitigation. If you are planning to purchase a residence or vacant property, please review the member dues.
